Material Information

  • 3mil Adhesive Vinyl
  • Air egress for an easy & smooth, bubble-free application!
  • Low initial tack, builds to a more permanent bond within 24hrs. (Remains repositionable on plastic grid cubes!)
  • 5+ year life span
  • Okay for Indoor/Outdoor use - Printed with UV-safe, eco-solvent inks.

Cutting & Kiss-Cutting

  • Adhesive Panel Wraps come cut in square/rectangles by default.
  • If you're comfortable with a blade & ruler, cutting the vinyl down is a breeze!
  • If you'd rather have custom kiss-cuts, I can offer that service for a 10% surcharge. (This covers the cost of formatting cut lines and running the plot cutter.)
  • I don't offer contour-cutting all the way through the release liner, Kiss-cut only.

File Setup

  • If you're ordering wraps for multiple grid panels, send me the files individually and I'll set up the roll file (as well as kiss-cut paths if applicable).
  • If you want the adhesive to wrap around your panel, I recommend a 1 ⅜in (1.375in) bleed around each side of your design. [You will add 2 ¾in to your file dimensions.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long will it take to get a banner?

    Digital proofs can take 1-4 business days. After you approve your proof, you will have your banner stand in an additional 7-14 business days (depends on what shipping speed you select at checkout).

  • Do you print to the edge?

    Yes. All printed materials are full color and printed to the edge (unless stated otherwise).
    Whatever color the background is in your file, make sure to extend it all the way to the edge. This also means you can have patterned or gradient backgrounds.

  • Can I get a different size?

    I can offer narrower backdrops (basically set up as a fabric banner), but I cannot offer backdrops wider than 10ft at this time. If you're interested in a narrower one, contact me!

  • I already have my own stand...

    You can purchase the backdrop with or without a stand. If you already have your own stand, you can select "No Stand" when purchasing.

  • Can I get a double-sided backdrop?

    At this time, I cannot offer double-sided printing on these backdrops. That may change in the future!

  • How do I set up files for pole pockets?

    The pole pocket fits within the height of your banner, so your submitted file should be the height of the banner you order.
