Vinyl Wrap TemplatesIf you're wrapping panels, you're welcome to use the provided templates. Make sure to hide any template layers before exporting your files.

Edge-To-Edge, Full Color
Yes, I can print right to the edge of the vinyl. To avoid white edges, extend your design to the edge of your file (and add bleed please).

Cutting & Kiss-Cutting
- Adhesive Panel Wraps come cut in square/rectangles.
- If you're comfortable with a blade & ruler, cutting the vinyl down for your grids is a breeze!
- If you'd rather have custom kiss-cuts, I offer that service for a 10% surcharge. (This covers the cost of formatting cut lines and registration files, as well as running the plot cutter.)
- I don't offer contour-cutting all the way through the release liner.
- Specific Cut Paths: If you want certain lines or shapes to be cut, I will need some sort of note or file indicating those cut paths.
File Setup
- Templates: Please measure your panels using my measurement guide! I'll have some templates linked below for typical sizes.
- Compatibility: Adhesive vinyl wraps are only compatible with plastic panels, not the metal grid ones.
- For orders with multiple grid panels, please send individual files for each panel. I’ll handle setting up the roll file and any kiss-cut paths (if needed).
- If you want the adhesive to wrap around your panel, I recommend adding a 1 ⅜ inch (1.375 inch) bleed on each side of your design. This means adding 2 ¾ inches to your file dimensions.

Turnaround Times
- Proof will take a few days, but for the proof I will set up any kiss-cut paths or anything for you to approve.
- This way, once a production proof is approved, it'll be ready for production.
- Production on vinyl is pretty quick! You'll typically get your vinyl roll in the mail within a few days. Add an extra day to production if you're adding on kiss-cutting.
Pricing
- Base Cost: $5.50 per sq/ft
- Setup/Admin Fee: Flat $10 per order (covers file + kisscut setup, production, QC, and packing)
- Shipping: USA-Only for Now! $12 Flat-rate overnight. (business days only)
- Kiss-cutting: 10% surcharge for kiss-cut (cut through the vinyl layer but not the release liner).

Do I need to add bleed to my design?
If you want the vinyl to wrap around your panels, add 1 ⅜ inches of bleed per side (2 ¾ inches total to your dimensions).

Will the adhesive damage my panels if I remove the vinyl later?
Nope! The adhesive has a low initial tack and builds to a more permanent bond over 24 hours. It remains repositionable on plastic grid cubes.

Can I request custom shapes or intricate cutouts?
I offer custom kiss-cutting for a 10% surcharge, but I don’t offer contour-cutting all the way through the release liner.

Can I order custom stickers with this method?
Technically yes, but I don’t recommend it. My cutter isn’t designed for intricate cuts or die-cutting, and the print has a slight grain since my printers are optimized for large-format projects, not small, fine details.
