Turnaround Times

As with any manufacturer, all of my products are subject to lead times / turnaround times. These lead times represent the estimated time I need to create your products and prepare them for shipment.

Please remember that production time does NOT include the time it takes for shipping to reach your location.

I work hard to produce your order and ship it as quickly as possible. This print shop is run by one person - Rew. Please remember that these times are estimates and timelines may be affected by weekends, holidays, and busy convention season.

Production Times

Once you've placed your order and sent in your print files, your order goes through several important stages:

  • Proofing Stage

    1-4 business days

    EVERY order receives a production proof to ensure precise color and size accuracy. Approval of this proof is necessary before production can start.

  • Print Production

    2-7 business days

    .

    The duration of this phase depends on the specific products you've ordered. Some materials, like fabrics, may require additional time.

  • Packing

    1-2 business days

    .

    During this stage, I carefully QC & prepare your order for shipping. You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking information once this is complete.

Transit / Shipping Times

After your order is ready, it's time for shipping.

The speed of shipping depends on the shipping option you selected during checkout. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-14 business days after production is finished.

If you need your order quickly, please choose a faster shipping time.

Please understand that any delays due to the shipping carrier or weather conditions are beyond my control.

    10-14 business days AFTER production

  • Standard (USA)

    3-8 business days AFTER production

  • Express (USA)

    1-2 business days AFTER production

RUSH ORDER?

The fastest turnaround I can offer is about 4 -5 business days from order date to delivery.

This is due to a multi-stage process, as described above.

I cannot offer faster turnaround times than this.
