Production time + Shipping Time = Turnaround Time

Read this page in its entirety for information about what my estimated turnaround times are.

Note that all timelines are estimates and may be affected by weekends, holidays, and busy convention seasons. This shop is run by one person (Rew!), and I work hard to get every order out as quickly as possible.

Please remember that production time does NOT include shipping times. The estimated days you see at checkout for are for shipping speed only.

Convention Order Deadlines

Production Times

After you've placed your order (and sent in your print files), your order goes through several important stages:

  • Proofing Stage

    1-4 business days*

    EVERY order receives a production proof to ensure precise color and size accuracy. Approval of this proof is necessary before production can start.

  • Print Production

    2-7 business days*

    .

    The duration of this phase depends on the specific products you've ordered. Some materials, like fabrics, may require additional time.

  • QC & Packing

    1-2 business days*

    .

    During this stage, I carefully QC & prepare your order for shipping. You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking information once this is complete.

Transit / Shipping Times

After your order is ready, it's time for shipping.

The speed of shipping depends on the shipping option you selected during checkout. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-14 business days after production is finished.

If you need your order quickly, please choose a faster shipping time.

⚠️ Please understand that I cannot guarantee shipping timelines once your package leaves my hands. Delays due to weather, customs, or postal service issues are beyond my control.

Shipping within the USA

  • No Rush (USA)

    10-14 business days* AFTER production

  • Standard (USA)

    3-8 business days* AFTER production

  • Express (USA)

    1-2 business days* AFTER production

International Shipping

  • International shipping times can vary significantly depending on your country, postal system, and customs inspection timelines.

    Some countries may experience delivery times up to 6–8 weeks regardless of shipping speed selected at checkout.

  • You, the buyer, are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes in your country.

    Customs Inspections may delay delivery by an additional 1–2 weeks.

    I cannot and will not mark items as gifts or lower the declared value—this is illegal and puts my business at risk.

  • No Rush (International)

    (at least) 10-14 business days* AFTER production

  • Economy (International)

    (at least) 6-10 business days* AFTER production

RUSH ORDER?

The fastest turnaround I can offer is about 3 -5 business days* from order date to delivery within in the contiguous US (lower 48).

This is due to a multi-stage process, as described above. And this will vary from product to product. Your best bet is to order as early as possible, but you're also welcome to email me if you have any questions!
