Your digital proof will typically take about 1-4 business days.
Once you approve your production proof, you will have your item in about 7-9 business days.
This is just an estimate time table. Actual times will depend on proofing time, approval delays, and potential shipping delays. Weekends, holidays, and conventions may affect this turnaround time too.
On product pages, you will have an option to upload files when placing an order.
The uploader does have a file upload limit (10MB). If your file is too big, you can submit your files to me via email as an attachment, or by sending me a link to an online file storage (like Google Drive, DropBox, WeTransfer, etc).
If you are unsatisfied with your proof and want to make changes to your order, I will be happy to help you change or cancel your order prior to Proof Approval.
Once you have Approved your Production Proof, your order will be moved into Production and your order cannot be changed or canceled.
If you must cancel during Production, you will only be refunded the cost of shipping. If you need to make a change to your file after Production has begun, you will need to pay for the full price of the product. If you need to cancel your order and have not approved a Production Proof, a full refund can be processed.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact me ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I can still change the address.
If the order has already shipped, I am not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by you, the buyer, and I will not offer refunds.
If the order is returned to me in good condition, you may purchase additional shipping and have your order reshipped.
Ordering Process
After you place an order and submit your print files, you order goes through a few stages:
1) Proofing - I will check your files to make sure your files are ready for production, like making sure sizing and color profiles are correct. I will then send you a digital PDF production proof. The proof gives you and I an idea of what to expect in the final product and makes sure we both understand what to expect in terms of size, color, quantity, and material.
2) Approval - You deny/approve the PDF digital proof. NO item will be moved into production without an approved production proof. Delays in approving your proof will result in production delays.
By approving the proof, you agree that all spelling, imagery, design, and all other appearances of your product appear as you intend and you release RewyndPrinting from any and all liability or responsibility for errors or mistakes shown in the proof.
3) Production - Only after you approve your digital proof, your order will move into print production.
4) Shipping - Once production of your order is complete, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
The production proof is a preview of what your product will look like. I only provide digital production proofs (PDFs).
Proofs are made by hand after verifying your files are of the proper size and color profile. They also provide a chance to catch any technical issues with the file, shipping address, etc.
You should expect your proof within 1-4 business days.
NO item will be moved into production without an approved production proof.

Proofs come free of charge with your order.
Ordering can be done right through the website! Just go to the product page and select your product specifications. The price of your order will be displayed and you will be able to place an order right away.

File Preparation
Preferred File Types are PDF or JPG.
I will also accept PSDs, AIs, or TIFF.
I will NOT accept PNG files.
The ideal resolution is 300dpi.
However, for large format printing (banners, table runners, etc), sometimes files become too large at 300dpi.
In this instance, it is okay to lower the DPI down to 150-250dpi.
150dpi is the absolute minimum!
Each product page has template files linked for you to use.
You can also refer to the Templates page.
Make sure to hide any layers marked as “Hide” before exporting.
Not all products require templates – if there is no template provided, create your file to your final items dimensions.
I do not offer design services, so any submitted file MUST be full designs – formatted to the size and dimensions of your purchased items. All files you submit must be ready to print!
Yes. All printed materials are full color and printed to the edge (unless stated otherwise).Whatever color the background is in your file, make sure to extend it all the way to the edge.This also means you can have patterned or gradient backgrounds.
Pricing
The pricing for all products is currently available directly on the website under the product pages.
The price you pay is reflective of my time working on your order and the physical production of your items.
Prices are calculated based on materials and finished size of the product you order.
As an artist myself, I know how hard it is to put aside funds for your display. I am proud to be able to offer my services at the best price possible – that won’t break the bank!
I offer these prices as low as I can possibly go so I cannot offer discounts.
As much as I’d love to offer these packs for free, I simply cannot.
Please remember, I am a small business. The shipping price is included in the cost of the packs – but I also hand cut all the samples and pack them myself. I also have to pay to run the machinery and use materials to produce the packs.
Many items (Banners, table runners, and rigid signage) can be offered in custom sizes!
There is no extra charge for a custom size – all prices are determined based on square footage.

Product Information
The print on most materials offered in the shop is UV safe and won't fade in the sun.
Keep in mind that there are no standard table sizes at convention centers. Table heights, widths, and depths vary from place to place.
The table cloths I offer fit nicely on 6ft or 8ft tables that are about 24in deep and 28in tall.

The Fabric Table Runners, Table Cloths, and Banners can be machine washed with cold water and gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry.
Wrinkles & creases can be eliminated with a hand steamer.

Foamcore is a 4.8mm (1/4in) thick Paper-faced foam board.
Gatorboard is 4.8mm (1/4in) or 12.7mm (1/2in) thick Wood-Veneer-faced foam board. It is similar to foamcore but has added strength due to the veneer on the outside instead of paper like foamcore. Available in white or black foam interior.
Coroplast (corrugated cardboard) is a sturdy, but hollow plastic material with inside support structures like cardboard. The outside does have a subtle texture (will sort of look like stripes when you move it in the light) due to the structure of the material; the lines you’d see are where the connecting pieces inside are.

I can offer faster shipping options, so please contact me ahead of time if you’re concerned about getting an item in time for a specific event. The fastest turnaround is about 4 business days – so the sooner you contact me, the better.
