When will I receive my order?
Digital proofs can take 1-4 business days. After you approve your proof, you will have your banner in about 7-14 business days (depending on shipping speed selected at checkout).
This is just an estimate time table.

How do I submit my files?
Pair text with an image to focus on your chosen product, collection, or blog post. Add details on availability, style, or even provide a review.
There is a box on the product page that says "Notes/File Link". You can also add this link to your order notes on this page.You can paste a link to online file storage (like Google Drive, DropBox, WeTransfer, etc). Make sure that the share settings are open to anyone with a link! If you forgot to add a link before checking out, you can email me the link or the actual file(s) required.
Do you ship internationally?
I currently have the shop set to Domestic-US + Canada shipping only.
Until I work out a more affordable shipping option, I will only do international orders by request. Please send me a email and I’ll help you out!
What's the fastest way to get my order?
If you are in need of a Rush Order, I offer faster shipping options. Please contact me ahead of time if you're in need of an item for a specific event.
Rush Orders take a minimum of 4 business days (weekends + holidays are not business days). I cannot complete orders any faster that that.
