File Setup and Knowledge

Please refer to the “File Setup” page! 

I prefer print-ready PDFs. But I will also accept JPGs, Photoshop Files (.PSD), and Illustrator Files (.AI). Please make sure they are saved to version CS6 or earlier. 

Need help with saving your PDF file? Refer to the File Setup page for help.

Due to the size of PSD and AI files, you may need to send files via Google Drive, DropBox, or WeTransfer. If you need help with this, contact me!

No bleed or crop marks. Make your artwork match the size requested on the order.

Of course! They are available on the Template page – and should be linked from the product page itself. 

General Information

I do not color match. I only print 4 color process (CMYK).  If you use Spot or Pantone colors, please have them converted to process colors prior to file upload.

I do not currently have the capability to print white. 

Yes! Every order will be checked by myself for quality, a proof will be created and submitted to you for your approval. Expect proofs within 24-48hours. 

Turnaround time begins once your design proof has been approved. 

Printing turnaround is typically about 1-2 days. 

Shipping speed is based on the shipping selected at checkout. Standard/ground shipping is typically about 6-7 days. 

Once the design proof is approved, your product is immediately moved into production. Once in production, your order cannot be canceled. You may, however, cancel before or during the proof process.

I will only correct errors of improper cutting, print quality, color, and print shift to ensure that you are satisfied with your final product.

If your file is submitted in low-resolution, I will make you aware of this during proofing. If you approve the proof anyway, I can not be held accountable for the poor image quality. 

For many products (such as flat banners and rigid signs), I can offer you a completely custom size. Looking for something 13in x 22in. No problem! Don’t be afraid to contact me for an accurate quote – I don’t charge extra for custom sizes! 

For flat banners and rigid signs, where custom sizes are also available, I charge by the square footage. 

Shipping

All orders will be shipped via FedEx.

Banners will be rolled and shipped in standard corrugated boxes.  

Other items will be boxed and shipped according to their size. 

Yes… however IF you will be going to a convention that I will be attending, and are interested in picking up your items… please contact me first! I need to ensure there is enough turnaround time and that I will be able to carry your items with me.
